Pickled Chili
3 red fresh chillies, seeded and thinly sliced
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
3 tablespoons water
⅛ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon sugar
Mix all ingredients together.
Adjust to taste.
Store in jars in refrigerator.
