Peanut Butter Sauce
1 tablespoon massaman paste
1 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoons peanut butter
150 grams / 1 cup coconut milk
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 table spoon soy sauce
In a sauce pan over low heat, combine all ingredients, stirring until the sauce has a smooth consistency.
Pour into a small bowl to accompany the satay.
