Fish Patties
225 grams / ½ lb fish cake
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 tablespoon brown curry paste or red curry paste
100 grams / ½ cup green beans, thinly sliced
150 grams / 1 cup vegetable oil
In a bowl mix all ingredients except oil.
Heat oil in large skillet over medium-heat.
Shape the fish cake mixture into flat rounds about 2 inches (5cm) in diameter.
Fry a few fish cakes at a time, about 3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
Do not overcrowd the skillet.
Drain on paper towel and serve with the Cucumber Salad Sauce.
